Até setembro de 2024, Mato Grosso tinha 1.012 trabalhadores contratados de forma intermitente ativos, quase o dobro do que foi registrado em 2023, que encerrou o ano todo com 530 postos neste modelo. Em comparação com o ano passado, o volume de contratações intermitentes é cerca de 91% maior. As informações são do Novo Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados (Novo Caged).
O trabalho intermitente é caracterizado pela contratação formal de trabalhadores, que têm seus direitos garantidos, mas atuam apenas sob demanda, sendo remunerados pelos dias ou horas trabalhados.
O Estado contabilizou, até setembro deste ano, 2.806 contratações intermitentes e 1.794 desligamentos – o que resultou em um saldo positivo de 1.012 vagas ativas. As informações do Novo Caged evidenciam o crescimento desse modelo de trabalho no mercado mato-grossense. Em comparação com 2023, houve um total de 3.950 admissões e 3.420 desligamentos, dando o saldo positivo de apenas 530 ao final do ano.
Os dados setoriais mostram que, em 2023, as 3.950 admissões intermitentes foram distribuídas entre os setores agropecuário (108), industrial (106), construção civil (1.542), comércio (590) e serviços (1.604). Entre as faixas etárias, destacaram-se trabalhadores de 30 a 39 anos, que preencheram 1.126 vagas; seguidos por jovens de 18 a 24 anos, com 993 vagas; e pela faixa de 25 a 29 anos, com 726. Já os trabalhadores de 40 a 49 anos ocuparam 726 vagas, enquanto os de 50 a 64 anos preencheram 318.
Já em 2024, as 2.086 admissões foram nos seguintes setores: agropecuário (98), industrial (85), construção civil (580), comércio (242) e serviços (1.801). No mesmo período, 1.755 homens e 1.051 mulheres foram admitidos como trabalhadores intermitentes. A faixa etária predominante foi novamente a de 30 a 39 anos, com 775 vagas preenchidas; seguida pelos trabalhadores de 18 a 24 anos, que ocuparam 716 vagas. A faixa de 25 a 29 anos somou 500 admissões, enquanto os trabalhadores de 40 a 49 anos preencheram 522 vagas, e os de 50 a 64 anos, 260.
O setor de serviços foi o principal responsável pela geração de empregos intermitentes, tanto em 2023 quanto em 2024, com crescimento de 12,3% nas admissões. Foram 1.604 para 1.801 de um ano para o outro. A construção civil também se destacou em ambos os anos, apesar da redução no número de admissões, de 1.542 em 2023 para 580 em 2024.
Trabalhadores com ensino médio completo lideraram as contratações no modelo intermitente em Mato Grosso nos dois anos. Em 2023, foram 2.281 admissões desse grupo, seguido por 437 trabalhadores com ensino fundamental completo e 228 com ensino superior completo. Já em 2024, o perfil de escolaridade predominante se manteve o mesmo – 1.877 admissões foram de pessoas com ensino médio, enquanto 165 vagas foram ocupadas por quem tinha ensino fundamental completo e 213 por quem tinha ensino superior completo.
Segundo o coordenador do Data Hub da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico (Sedec), Vinícius Hideki, os dados refletem um cenário de crescimento econômico e geração de empregos, especialmente em atividades relacionadas à manutenção e segurança.
“O desempenho positivo registrado pelo Novo Caged reflete um mercado de trabalho aquecido em Mato Grosso, impulsionado especialmente por setores como mercado imobiliário e construção civil. Esses segmentos têm demandado profissionais para atividades como manutenção e segurança, evidenciando o impacto direto do crescimento econômico nessas áreas”, relata Vinicius.
Para o secretário Cesar Miranda, esse crescimento reflete a solidez das políticas públicas estaduais voltadas para a geração de emprego e a retomada econômica, que têm fortalecido setores estratégicos como serviços e comércio.
“O saldo recorde de contratações intermitentes é resultado direto das ações que promovemos para fomentar o emprego e o crescimento econômico. As iniciativas do Governo de Mato Grosso voltado a qualificação profissional, aliadas ao fortalecimento de setores estratégicos, têm sido fundamentais para o sucesso desse modelo. Seguimos firmes no propósito de fazer de Mato Grosso um estado forte, próspero e com oportunidades para todos”, destaca Miranda.
